All of our conference rooms have 55” monitors with screen broadcasting, access to a break room and free refreshments including hyperlocal coffee, soda water and beer.

Yes, we have a break area with a refrigerator, coffee, soda water and beer on tap.

With your membership you can have your packages, shipments and business mail to Co-Balt and we will receive and store your items until you’re ready to pick them up.

We have a variety of member appreciation events throughout the year including happy hours, cookouts, breakfasts and lunches.

While we love pets, we only allow service animals on the property.

Yes! And with your dedicated desk membership you’ll get a permanent workspace, chair and locking filing cabinet within our communal workspace.

Yes! Day passes are $25/day and give you access to the open workspaces.

At Co-Balt we have a complete suite of business amenities, entertainment spaces, a break area with free coffee, soda water and beer. We also offer 24/7 keyless entry, bike racks, phone booth rooms, printer/scanner/copiers , mail and package handling, conference rooms and a mobile app.

Yes!  The app is used for your 24/7 keyless entry into the building, to manage your account and to reserve conference rooms.

Offices are furnished with a desk and chair. You may bring additional furnishings, as well as, any tech and office equipment to finish out your space.

No deposits are required with your Co-Balt Membership.

Our Co-Balt community manager is on-site between the weekday hours of 9am and 5pm. With your Co-Balt Membership you have 24/7 access to the workspace via the Co-Balt app.

Yes! Our membership packages start at 2 hours of conference room time and go all the way up to unlimited conference room time based on what level you choose. You can also book a conference room without a membership starting at $25 an hour.

A printer/copier/scanner is available with memberships and day passes.

Co-Balt has parking spaces available for rent and bike racks onsite. Additionally, there is also ample, free street parking close to the coworking space.
